Pemberton Swift’s fee for modified retained search services is 25 to 35 percent of salary. The first third is due upon contract execution and the remaining two thirds is due only upon hire of a Pemberton Swift candidate. Our guarantee for a modified retained search is six months.

Pemberton Swift’s fee for retained search services is 25 percent of the base compensation. The fee is divided into thirds: the first third is due upon contract execution; the second third is due when we have delivered at least three qualified candidates; and the final third is due upon the candidate’s start date. Our retained search services are intended for your most critical and challenging hires.

Our guarantee for a full retained search is one year.

Contingency
Pemberton Swift’s fee for contingency search services is negotiable; however, typical charges range from 25 to 35 percent of the first year’s base salary.

Contingency search services are accepted only as time permits. The majority of our resources are allocated to retained and modified search services.
